We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking warehouse associate to join our growing organization! Candidates will be required to perform various warehouse activities including but not limited to, receiving, data input, sorting, loading/unloading products. Associate will also assist in organizing stock, maintain inventory (as part of our cycle counting program), and process, pack, and ship orders. Keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects as well prior to shipment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
- Inspect products for damages; report as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment, adhere to safety compliance guidelines set forth my company and warehouse supervisor
- Receive and appropriately sort and store incoming products
- Prepare products for shipping
- Regularly lift and/or move objects ranging from 1-50 lbs occasionally required to lift and/or move objects that weigh more
- Operate forklift and/or other machinery (forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory)
- Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized
Core Requirements:
- Proven warehouse experience
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Good, working knowledge of warehouse data systems
- Team player with organizational skills, with capability of working independently as well
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
